Thank you for your interest in the private dining room (PDR) at Red or White

Birmingham! Our PDR can sit 25-30 people comfortably at one time, or up to 35 standing/mingling at different times. We have a bar area that can be set up with food, served buffet style. We also have a dedicated server assigned to the private event space to assist with maintaining the buffet and pouring drinks. You are welcome to come in on the day of your event to decorate and arrange the room as you’d like. We do ask that you please refrain from using open flames, confetti, or glitter.

There will be a minimum $100 cleaning fee if glitter/confetti are used

(unfortunately that stuff does tend to get everywhere). We do have a TV with

volume and an HDMI hookup if you wish to have a slideshow or something of that nature playing.

The room rental fee is $250.00, and the food and beverage minimum is $500.00.

There is an automatic 20% gratuity added to the total cost of your event. The event payment does have to be included on one total ticket. We will work directly withyou to plan the menu and drink list for your event, and options are flexible as long as the minimum is met. There is a customary $10 corkage fee for each bottle opened on site; this is customary throughout the restaurant.

To book the room, we will need a credit card number to keep on file, along with the expiration date and CVV. You will not be charged a deposit or holding fee; however, if the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled time, we will charge for the cost of food ordered specifically for the event.

There is a separate menu for the PDR that differs slightly from the restaurant

menu. Attached is a copy, with pricing, for your review. All items are available a la carte style, so you can pick and choose a menu that works specially for your occasion. We are happy to recommend wine pairings based on your menu and budget. We can set aside a certain number of bottles for your event, but you will only be charged for those opened.
